Your room may be available before 2pm but this cannot be guaranteed. Guests on flights with early morning airport arrival times who wish to guarantee room availability prior to normal check-in time should book their room for the prior night.
Infant and Child Policy: We accept young travelers on request.
There is no onsite reception, however our team is on call 24/7 to help with anything throughout your stay.
Payment Policy
Rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars and are per villa, per night based on occupancy by the number of persons shown against the description of each room on the “Book Now” page of our website.
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Please note a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Credit card fees apply on each transaction and will be charged. Additional bank fees may apply for bank transfers.

We accept prepayment by: bank transfer or western union.
Our refund is within: 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that the booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, will be charged the deposit amount plus any processing fees.
There will be no refund where the booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival. A credit for future use may be given, at the manager’s discretion. No refunds will be given if you choose to depart earlier than the booked date of departure, or if you do not arrive when booked to do so (either late or at all).
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance coverage for all visitors to Rainbow Villas to cover cancellation penalties levied as a result of inclement weather, airline or other transportation delays, other unforeseen disruptions, cancellations or delays or in the event of illness.
